DIGITIZATION OF AUTHENTICATION SERVICES

DIGITIZATION OF AUTHENTICATION SERVICES

The Embassy wishes to inform the Diaspora (Iran, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan & Uzbekistan) and members of the public that it is the mandate of the Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs to authenticate documents.
Pursuant to the Presidential directive that all Government services be availed on the e-citizen portal, the Ministry identified authentication of documents as a crucial service to be digitized in order to improve service delivery and efficiency.

This is therefore to inform the Diaspora and members of the public, that effective 18th December 2023, all documents submitted for authentication must be submitted through the Ministry’s online platform accessible via the link mfa.ecitizen.go.ke
