PRESIDENT OF THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN VISIT TO KENYA FOR A STATE VISIT

On 12th July, 2023- H.E. President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr. Ebrahim Raisi arrived in Kenya for a State Visit. He was received by Dr. Alfred Mutua, Cabinet Secretary of Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs.

During the State Visit, President Raisi held a High Level consultations with his host, H.E President William Ruto, on the range of issues that anchor Kenya and Iran’s bilateral relations. This included the finalization of key MoUs that are central to the furtherance of relations and for shared prosperity between the two countries.
