Meeting with the Chairman, Chabahar Free Trade Zone

At the invitation of Dr. Mohammad Saeed Arbabi, the Chairman of Chabahar Free Trade Zone, H.E. the Ambassador called on the Chairman in his Tehran offices on 9th November, 2025. The two sides noted the immense untapped potential for enhancing trade and investment between Kenya and Iran, through the respective Free Trade Zones. For instance, Chabahar Free Trade Zones aims to partner with likeminded enterprises in Kenya, whilst also providing similar opportunities for the Kenyan counterparts, within the framework of bilateral agreements.
