Kenya Gateway for Iranian Exports to Africa: Rouhani

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The outgoing president of Iran praised the country’s cordial relations with Kenya, which he described as a gateway for the export of Iranian commodities to Africa.

In a Tuesday meeting with Kenya’s new ambassador to Tehran, President Hassan Rouhani said Iran and Kenya have always maintained good and amicable relations.

Describing Kenya as the gateway to the export of Iranian goods to the continent of Africa, the president stressed the need for the enhancement of political, economic and scientific cooperation between the two nations. Read More
